Based in South Edmonton Alberta, my therapy practice focuses on counselling services and support for those experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed or need help with life transitions. Counselling can provide a safe space for people who find it difficult to open up about experiences that may be uncomfortable to discuss. Opening up to someone who is neutral and trusting can allow people to feel at ease and have the opportunity to clear your mind, set new goals and feel a more confident self identity.
