The new deal will see US funding giant Goldman Sachs sell a 9.9% stake for 1mn, thus valuing Headhunter at just over bn - a rise within the firm’s valuation of more than 0mn over the past 12 months.
Goldman Sachs was said to be amongst the brand new shareholders.
